Some high end diesel generators feature ball valve oil drain. These go one step further and come standard with hand actuated oil drain pump.

The sound insulation on these units can be pressure washed. Most enclosed generators sets have exposed foam that is susceptible to physical damage as well as oil and fuel damage. These are high end units.

Includes deluxe analog meter package, UL circuit breaker, and analog hour meter. Notice that it is all mounted solid to the skid, completely isolated from engine vibration. This is extremely important! Most generator sets simply mount the control box to the top of the generator with rubber grommets.

Check out the copper ground bonding bar. This is how generators are supposed to be made. Another high end feature is the braided steel fuel and oil lines.
